Returns Policy

We offer a 60 day returns policy, if you change your mind on the item purchased. We will provide a store credit. Simply follow the instructions below to get your return request actioned. Note for a store credit to be eligible, all sexual wellness items must be returned un opened, undamaged and all seals intact. (This is inclusive and not limited to vibrators, clit stimulators ).

Warranty

All of our products are backed by a 1 year warranty. If something goes wrong we will replace the item up to 12 months from purchase date.
